The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited on the terna of the municipality Radzanowo, including:

1) the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate located in the territory of the municipality of Radzanowo, where the inhabitants reside;

2) collection and management of municipal waste transferred by the inhabitants of Radzanowo municipality to the point of selective collection of municipal waste in the village of Woźniki (PSZOK Woźniki), in a way that ensures the achievement of levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and the restriction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ of 2020 item 1439 as amended) and the current implementing acts to that law.

The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in Radzanowo Municipality between 1.9.2021 and 30.6.2022. The scope of the object of the contract, including the obligations of the contractor are described in detail in the SWZ and the attachments to the SWZ, including the detailed description of the contract subject and the draft contract. The basis for determining the amount of remuneration due to the contractor will be the rate per 1 Mg of received and developed individual types of municipal waste.
