The award procedure is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This contract is a contract for the provision of laundry maintenance services for schools, childcare facilities in the city and municipal services. The municipal structures concerned by this contract are establishments open to the public (ERP). Excluded from these services is the cleaning of personal protective equipment. The estimated values given in this notice are indicative and include all renewal periods.
