Competitive tendering of the electricity sales contract between the municipality of Kangasniemi and Kangasniemen Vuokratalot Oy, as a result of which the margins and contract terms of the electricity supplier are agreed. The final electricity billing price consists of the seller's margin, profile costs, SYS and EPAD price fixations made as percentages and/or unsecured spot shares, the volume fee for balancing service production and consumption valid at any given time during the transmission system operator Fingrid's delivery period, and Datahub's site-specific fees valid at any given time.
