The subject of this contract is the preparation of a concept and complete design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining a Decision permitting the implementation of a road investment issued by the authority of the first instance (meeting all the requirements resulting from the Polish law in force on the day of initiating the tender procedure in terms of the form and required procedure set out in the Act of 10 April 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 162)), and relevant regulations for the task "Cross-City Route – development of design documentation".

The purpose of developing the design documentation is to build a road in Opole constituting a connection between the right-bank and left-bank parts of the city of Opole and to update the course of the Cross-City Route adopted in the decision on environmental conditions for the investment in relation to the investment currently carried out by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. entitled: "Works on the E30 railway line on the section Kędzierzyn Koźle - Opole Zachodnie" railway line 132 Bytom - Wrocław Główny on the section Opole Groszowice - Opole Zachodnie in the range of line 132 from km 97.210 to km 101.100".
Construction location:
The investment will be carried out in the Opolskie Voivodeship in the city of Opole, connecting Prószkowska Street with Struga Street, along the railway bridge.
The developed technical design should take into account the needs of people with disabilities, e.g. by lowering curbs, maintaining slopes and widths taking into account their needs.
