"Development of design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of the provincial road DW 744 – Radomska Street, on the section from the northern border of the city to the roundabout named after President Lech Kaczyński in Starachowice", as part of the investment task "Reconstruction of the provincial road DW 744 in the city of Starachowice"

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of the DW 744 road section – Radomska Street, from the northern border of the city (linking to the planned roundabout on the Starachowice bypass, within DW744), to the President Lech Kaczyński roundabout in Starachowice, as part of the investment task "Reconstruction of the provincial road DW 744 in the city of Starachowice". A detailed description of the subject of the contract and technical guidelines for design development are specified in the annexes to this SWZ. The road in question and the passages after completion will be intended for all users, including the disabled. Due to the nature of the activities covered by the contract, the Contracting Authority does not require the employment of persons participating in the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment contract. If it is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract and the Contractor refers to the trademark, patent or origin (brand, manufacturer, supplier) of materials and to the standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in Article 99 paragraphs 1-7 of the Public Procurement Law, then it is obliged to indicate in the documentation that it allows offering materials or equivalent solutions and is obliged to specify the scope of permissible equivalence.
