The subject of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of a bus for transporting school children and youth from the area of the Wielka Wieś Commune – 1 pieces. The vehicle should have a special approval and meet the conditions for the carriage of passengers in accordance with applicable law.

1. The subject of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of a bus for the transport of children and school youth from the area of the Wielka Wieś Commune – pieces 1. The vehicle should have a special approval and meet the conditions for the carriage of passengers in accordance with applicable law.

The contract will be co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Polish Ład Programme", established by Resolution No. 84/2021 of the Council of Ministers of 1 July 2021 (amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 28 December 2021, No. 176/2021) and the Regulations of the Third Edition of the Call for Proposals "Third Edition – PGR" for co-financing from the Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program - Investment Contractor (Subject of the contract) ensures the financing of the Investment in the part not covered by the Applicant's own share (ordering party), for the time preceding the payment from Promesa (98% of the gross remuneration).

The detailed method of settlement of the Ordering Party with the Contractors is specified in the proposed contractual provisions, which will be introduced into the contract constituting Annex 13 to the SWZ
