Provision of a call centre service for scheduled on-demand services

Call centre services for scheduled on-demand services in accordance with § 44 PBefG (on-demand traffic, ODV for short) in the districts of Kitzingen and Schweinfurt on the cross-district service area Wiesentheid/Volkach/Geiselwind/Heidenfeld/Gerolzhofen are awarded.

The call centre services include bookings, information, passenger complaints and lost property processing. The ODV booking and scheduling system of Hacon/Padam must be used. The ODV transport service is currently awarded separately.
