Restriction of participation: presence of the architect mission in the group (Architect Dplg or State Architect Law No. 77-2 of 3 July 1977) registered with the Order of Architects, a works company and an operator (the operator must imperatively be in co-contracting).

It is prohibited to submit more than one tender while acting both as individual candidates and as members of one or more groups or as members of several groups.
