Description:
Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 or 191210 in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31 December 2023.

The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of waste with the code 191212 or 191210 through the recovery or disposal process A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of Partial Tenders. A partial tender shall be understood as a tender providing, in accordance with the procurement documents, for the performance of a Part of the contract. A description of the individual parts can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. A tender may be submitted in respect of one or all Parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of Parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.

Collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11

The subject of the contract is "Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 - through their recovery and / or recycling in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2023."

• The Ordering Party provides that the monthly amount of waste collection with code 19 12 12 will be about 500 Mg with the possibility of reducing or increasing the amount by 30% during the month; the maximum amount of waste received in the period from the date of entry into force of the Agreement to 31.12.2023 will be 7 800 Mg.

• Transportation of waste to the site of development on the Contractor's side.

• A one-month settlement period shall be fixed for partial execution of the order.

• Waste transmitted will be received in bulk (unironed).

• Waste will be weighed on the weight of the Contracting Authority — this weight will be taken into account for the settlements between the Parties.

• Load on the side of the Ordering Party.

• The contractor will provide trucks with a semi-trailer of the "movable floor" type or with a semi-trailer with the possibility of loading a minimum of 20 tons. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the minimum weight of waste loading for standard semi-trailers of the "movable floor" type. The average current weight of loading waste on a semi-trailer of the "movable floor" type for this type of waste is about 18-21 Mg (bulk waste, not baled).

• Waste collection will take place only on working days from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Place of collection Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o.o. , Rudno 17, municipality of Ostróda. The Ordering Party will report to the Contractor to the indicated e-mail address the weekly demand for waste collection, waste must be collected by the Contractor in accordance with the weekly schedule sent. The Ordering Party allows a change in the weekly schedule of waste collection, of which it shall immediately notify the Contractor at least one day in advance.

Before collecting each batch of waste, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with the following e-mail addresses: waga@zuokrudno.pl, t.klimecki@zuokrudno.pl, k.zdunczyk@zuokrudno.pl, information specified in Appendix No. 1 to opz. In the absence of such information or incomplete information, the waste will not be loaded on the Contractor's means of transport.

• All costs (except waste loading) related to the execution of the order on the part of the Contractor.

• The Contractor shall not bring any additional claims to the Contracting Authority for the amount of waste during the settlement period.

• The Contractor, at each request of the Ordering Party, within 3 working days of the request, shall provide all necessary information regarding the final method of management of the collected waste, together with an indication of the Installation to which the waste ultimately went and other necessary information that will be needed by the Ordering Party for other necessary purposes (including data for reports submitted by the Ordering Party resulting from legal provisions).

• The condition for settlement for each received batch of waste will be the delivery by the Contractor of an invoice in paper or electronic form together with an attached detailed list of collected waste confirmed by the Ordering Party and an attached document confirming waste management and an attached document confirming the implementation of waste management (Annex 2 to OPZ).

• Term of the contract: from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2023.

• The Contractor can make an inspection of the waste on the premises of the Department of Disposal Waste Disposal RUDNO Sp. z o.o. Rudno 17, the municipality of Ostróda from 7 to 15 - the person to contact is Mr. Tomasz Klimecki tel. 795 548 312.

Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (alternative fuel preRDF) through their recovery and / or recycling in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31 December 2023.

• The Ordering Party provides that the monthly amount of waste collection with code 19 12 10 will be about 800 Mg with the possibility of reducing or increasing the amount by 30%

within a month; the maximum amount of waste collected in the period from the date of entry into force of the Agreement to 31.12.2023 will be 12 480 Mg. Waste collection will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

• Transportation of waste to the site of development on the Contractor's side.

• A one-month settlement period shall be fixed for partial execution of the order.

• The transmitted waste will be received baled in the form of wire knotted cubes, the weight of one bale is 350 to 550 kg, in case of a press failure, the waste will have to be received in bulk.

• Waste will be weighed on the weight of the Contracting Authority — this weight will be taken into account for the settlements between the Parties.

• Load on the side of the Ordering Party.

• The Contractor will provide trucks with a semi-trailer of the "movable floor" type or

with a semi-trailer with the possibility of loading a minimum of 20 tons. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the minimum weight of waste loading for standard semi-trailers of the "movable floor" type. The average current weight of loading waste on a "movable floor" semi-trailer for this type of waste is about 19-22 Mg (baled waste).

• Receipt of waste will be carried out only on working days from 6-19. Place of collection of the Department of Disposal Waste Disposal RUDNO Sp. z o.o., Rudno 17, Municipality of Ostróda. The Contracting Authority shall report to the Contractor to the indicated e-mail address a weekly demand for the collection of waste, the waste must be received by the Contractor in accordance with the weekly schedule sent. The Contracting Authority shall allow a change in the weekly timetable for the collection of waste, which shall immediately notify the Contractor at least one day in advance.
