Purpose of the services: Service contract relating to the implementation of energy monitoring and optimization of several provincial buildings (about 80 buildings) with a total area of about 120,000 m² heated.

Lot 1 "Jodoigne and Hélécine buildings"

Comment: This lot consists of the buildings of the CEPES of Jodoigne, the primary school of the city of Jodoigne, the Haute école Lucia De Brouckère, a building housing the services of PSE, PMS and SSM of Jodoigne as well as the buildings of the Château d'Hélécine.

Lot 2 "Nivelles buildings"

Comment: This lot consists of the buildings of IPAM, IPFC, IPET, PSE of Nivelles.

Lot 3 "Buildings Tubize, La Hulpe, Court-Saint-Etienne"

Comment: This lot consists of the buildings of CEFA, CPSE, SSM and IPES of Tubize, CPAR of La Hulpe, ITP of Court-Saint-Etienne.

Lot 4 "Buildings of Wavre"

Comment: This lot consists of some buildings of the IPES of Wavre (Bohy site) and an administrative building and a storage building both located in the northern zoning of Wavre (Vinci and Edison 7).
