1. The task is implemented under the project entitled "Organizing the water and sewage management within the commune of Ciężkowice" under which it is planned to carry out an investment intention consisting in the design and execution of construction works carried out under the Project entitled "The organization of water and sewage management in the Municipality of Ciężkowice." For the above investment purpose, the Employer obtained co-financing of the project from the European Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Malopolska Voivodship for 2014-2020, 5 Priority Axis Environmental Protection, Measure 5.3 Protection of water resources, Sub-measure 5.3.2 Water and sewage management - SPR . Support for investments related to the construction, extension and reconstruction of sewage treatment plants, including drainage of sewage sludge - type B project. The task is covered by the subsidy contract.

The planned undertaking under Contract I includes in its scope:
- Task 1. Replacement of sanitary sewer sections in the area of Góreckiego St. and ul. Dziubana - eligible works
- Task 2. Modernization of the pumping station at ul. Boczna and construction of the pressure pipeline to the sewage treatment plant in Ciężkowice - eligible works
- Task 3. Modernization of the pumping station at ul. Krynicka in Ciężkowice - eligible works
- Task 4. Separation of inlet pipelines to the sewage treatment plant from ul. Parkowa St. and ul. Ks. Michalika in Ciężkowice - eligible works
- Task 5. Construction of a water supply and sewage network in ul. Spacerowa in Ciężkowice - eligible works
- Task 5. Construction of a water supply and sewage network in ul. Spacerowa in Ciężkowice - ineligible works
- Task 6. Construction of a section of water supply networks in Bogoniowice - eligible works
- Task 6. Construction of a section of water supply networks in Bogoniowice - ineligible works
- Task 10. Installation on the existing gravity pipeline of a flow meter together with the installation of a flow monitoring system in Ciężkowice - ineligible works
- Task 11. Construction of new sections of gravity sanitary sewage system in the area of ul. Widok and Różana in Ciężkowice - ineligible works
- Task 12. Development of a water intake point in the Ciężkowice commune - ineligible works
The planned undertaking under Contract II includes:
- Construction of sewer connections in the commune Ciężkowice with an estimated length of about 600 linear meters
- Construction of water supply connections in the commune Ciężkowice with an estimated length of approx. 1,100 running meters
- Covering a roadside ditch located in front of the sewage treatment plant in Ciężkowice with an estimated length of approx. 100 m.

The planned undertaking under Contract III includes:
- Task 7. Designing a technological line for receiving and processing sewage sludge from home sewage treatment plants and sand scrubber on the technological line of a sewage treatment plant in Ciężkowice - eligible works
- Task 8. Construction of a photovoltaic installation - sewage treatment plant in Ciężkowice - eligible works
- Task 9. Modernization of buildings at the wastewater treatment plant in Ciężkowice - ineligible works
