Description:
The implementation of 24/7 winter maintenance of the municipal roads paved, land, estate/interior, pedestrian tracts, bicycle paths and communication stops in the Legionowa

The object of the order is the execution of a 24-hour winter maintenance of the public paved, land, estate/interior roads, pedestrian tracts, bicycle paths and communication stops in the Legionov area.

1. The object of the order is the execution of a 24-hour winter maintenance of the municipal roads paved, land, estate/interior, pedestrian tracts, bicycle paths and communication stops in the area of Legionov.

2. The Contractor undertakes to:

1) snow removal and removal of slipperiness on streets listed in List A of Standard II elevated, according to List F, over the entire width (snow drainage shall not be more than 0,5 m from the edge of the roadway);

2) snow removal and removal of slipperiness on streets and estate/internal roads listed in Schedule B and D of Standard II, according to List F, across the width (snow drainage shall not be more than 0,5 m from the edge of the roadway);

3) snow removal and slipperiness on pedestrian strings and cycle paths listed in List C and communication stops marked on the map by recoiling snow (in case of fallout) and sprinkling sand (during pigeonhole, glacier, etc.) in no more than hours since the action was taken, resulting from the offer form;

4) snow removal and removal of slipperiness on sidewalks within pedestrian crossings listed in the E list by recoiling snow (in case of fallout) and sprinkling sand (during pigeonhole, glacier, etc.) during not more than the number of hours from the time of action, resulting from the form offers;

5) snow removal and removal of slipperiness on streets, estate/interior roads, pedestrian tracts, bicycle paths, communication stops and pedestrian crossings not included in the lists on the order of the Contracting Party's constant/temporary.

3. Contractor in his own right and at his own expense:

1) maintains in proper technical condition the equipment to which the services are carried out;

2) acquires fuel, salt, mixture, sand, etc. with their storage in the necessary quantity and ensures the operation of the equipment with the operation (drivers);

3) provides communication using a mobile phone.

4. The Contracting Authority shall determine the following types of combating the effects of winter on the streets (according to lists A, B, C, E, F and G):

(a) snow (flushing) of roads and streets along the entire width with a sprinkling of:

• chemical agents — salt (List A),

• a mixture of chemical agents — sand 70% + salt 30% (list B),

The Contractor shall be obliged to obtain the standards set out in Annex F to this Agreement,

b) single snow (flushing) of the streets. The Contractor shall be obliged to conduct the snow removal action in such a way as to avoid backfilling of pedestrian strings and private areas and obtain the standards set out in Annex F to this Agreement,

(c) sprinkling of streets with a sand-salt mixture,

(d) sprinkling of streets with sand (additive up to 5% of salt is allowed to avoid clumping),

e) single removal of slipperiness using chemical agents in the form of salt.

The Contractor is obliged to ensure an adequate quantity of chemical agents (salts) and surface enforcers (sand) having regard to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of application of the measures which may be used on roads public and streets and squares.

5. The Contracting Authority shall determine the principle of combating the effects of winter on pedestrian strings, bicycle paths and communication stops (in accordance with list C and map) by single-time snowing and sprinkling the sand of a pedestrian, bicycle path and stop, or sprinkling only if there is pigeonsticks. The action should be completed within no more than the number of hours from the time of the action taken, resulting from the offer form. Stops without ground shacks should be snowed down in such a way that the snow layer does not make it difficult to get in and out of the bus.

6. In the case of streets, roads that have a gap surface allowing the penetration of chemical agents into the soil, the Contracting Authority deviates from the standard set out in List F. [...]
