This notice confirms the award of the Authority's Firefighters Pensions Administration and Pensioner Payroll and Employee Payroll requirements which have been tendered in compliance with the EU Procurement Regulations 2015 under the open procedure.

The Contract has been awarded in Lots.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority acting as lead authority for the following Services.

— Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service,

— Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service.

This Opportunity will be split into 2 Lots reference 11.1.6 for breakdown.

The contract is awarded for an initial term of 5 years (60 months) with an option to extend for a further 24 months. Prices are fixed for two years and the projected spend for all Authority's is circa 2 000 000 GBP.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority is conducting a tendering exercise on behalf of the Participating Services (Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, and Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service) for the provision of firefighter pension administration and pensioner's payroll and the provision of employee payroll, based on an open tender procedure.

The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority is acting as lead authority for the following Fire and Rescue Services.

This opportunity will be split into 2 lots as follows

— Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service

— Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service

The tender for the provision of Firefighter Pension Administration and Pensioner's Payroll and the Provision of Employee Payroll is offered in Lots (detailed below) to enable Bidders to bid for all or part of the service.

— Lot 1 — Firefighters Pensions Administration and Pensioners Payroll

— Lot 2 — Employee Payroll

There shall be separate pricing for DSFRA and DWFRA, to enable separate Contracts to be awarded by each Authority for each Lot and separate orders to be placed.
