Item 1 (Implementation)
- The establishment of the basic architectural elements constituting the platform (see
Articles IV.1 and IV.3 of the SCC);
- On this basis, the implementation of transversal functional needs (see Article IV.5 of the CSC) and macro-processes (see Article IV.4.3 of the CSC);
- The recovery of data within the platform and the development of
integrations (see Article IV.9 of the SCC);
- Training (see Article IV.8 of the CSC).
Item 2 (Licences)
- The acquisition of the necessary licenses to use the platform (see Article IV.6.6 of the SCC).
Item 3 (Accommodation and operation)
- The hosting necessary to run the platform as well as its operation if
these are not included in the licences or if the tenderer has identified
additional accommodation needs (see Article IV.12 of the CSC).
Item 4 (Evolutionary maintenance)
- The contracting authority must be able to develop/adapt the platform on the basis of
new unanticipated requests. To do this, the successful tenderer will submit a tender on the basis of
requests from the contracting authority, taking into account the unit prices defined on
basis for the tariffs defined in Article IV.14 of the CSC.
The following option is required:
Item 5 (Iso-functional maintenance)
- ISO-functional maintenance concerns developments carried out in the context of
of the basic market and developments under item 4 (see article
IV.13 of the SCC);
- The tenderer must provide for an annual lump sum price under this option.
