Description:
Modernization of wastewater treatment plant in Wojnarowa

1. The subject of the order is “Modernization of Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wojnarowa”.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 9 to SWZ: Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ)., the Contracting Party also provides the construction project of a working wastewater treatment plant constituting number 10 to SWZ, in order to carry out the necessary schemes, developments technical and assembly enabling the replacement of equipment on an active facility with the need to maintain the facility in continuous uninterrupted operation, and the object of Annex 11 to the SWZ.

The scope of the contract includes:

1. Replacement of a screen printer.

2. Replacement of air supply blowers to SBR1, SBR2 and KTSO chambers

2.1 Replacement of blowers for aeration chambers SBR1 and SBR2

2.2 Replacement of the blower for aeration of the KTSO chamber

3. Replacement of aeration grates in SBR1, SBR2 and KTSO chambers

3.1 Replacement of aeration grates in SBR1 and SBR2 chambers

3.2 Replacement of the aeration grate in the KTSO chamber

3.3 Characteristics of membrane diffusers (SBR1, SBR2, KTSO)

4. Sludge reservoir: Sludge collections, acting simultaneously as a precipitate thickener, must be located in a technological and social building in a sludge cart. The sludge will be extruded into the tank from the KTSO chamber and then after compaction will flow to the sludge pump of the existing press located in the room of the sediment drainage station.

Required technical parameters:

- tank dimensions H = 3.0 m, L = 4m, B = 2,5 m (internal dimensions), made of steel AISI316

- max. filling the tank with sediment Ho = 2,5m,

- insulated tank (mineral wool in stainless steel housing) and heated, covered,

- the tank must be equipped with a gravity decanter of supersedimentary water made of AISI 316 steel, the difference in levels of decanter ΔH = 1,0 m,

- the tank must be equipped with overflow, drain pipes and connected to the internal sewer of the building (to the sewer pipe at the adlet 13 according to. PB),

— sediment level sensor - hydrostatic probe,

- aeration and mixing installation consisting of a side channel blower (set with air filter, silencer, check valve), spring 300 mbar capacity 22 m3/h (+/ -5%), 1.1 kW motor, medium-bubble aeration grate made of perforated steel pipes and wires stamping machine made of steel, grate and wire must be made of AISI 316 steel,

- the tank must be equipped with a local control and control board and connected to the existing electrical system and the ACPiA installation.

5. Installation of Gravimetric Separation Sludge: The process must be applied and supply the gravimetric sediment separation system

A process involving the use of excessive biomass separators on the “thread” of sediment. The excess sludge, before pumping into the compaction process, will be pressed using a designed pump/pump (Q = 20 m3/h, H = 30m) (1 for each SBR tank — replacement of existing pumps) to 1 set of sediment separation. In the sediment separation set there are e.g. 2 hydrocyclones on which the selection/separation of heavy and light sediment occurs. Hydrocyclones select heavier pellets via lower outflow, while the lighter fraction is lost by the upper outflow. The heavier biomass of the so-called heavy fraction will be returned to the reactor. A light fraction of the sediment will be removed from the system as excessive sediment.

Gravimetric Active Selection (GSOC) technology must guarantee stable sedimentation velocity values above 2 m/h and a sludge index below 100 ml/g.

An ACPiA system including GSOC control shall be provided with at least:

• measurement of flow on the sediment thread feeding hydrocyclones.

• measurement of pressure on the sludge thread feeding hydrocyclones.

It is necessary to ensure that pressure is maintained at the level of =2.1 bar at the entrance to the hydrocyclone set

The AKPiA layout informatively bind to the object's SCADA layout.

The system provider should submit a minimum of 3 objects where installed

Technology of Gravimetric Selection of Active Sludge (GSOC).

6. Control of SBR1 and SBR2 chambers operation: Update of SBR1 and SBR2 activated sludge chamber control system on the number of sewage drains per day depending on the amount of incoming wastewater.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 9, 10 and 11 SWZ.
