• Making furniture plans based on a program of requirements and/or design.

• Delivering, assembling and preparing furniture ready to use at the location indicated by the Client.

• Maintaining furniture.

• Providing service, such as warranty handling and maintenance, on furniture.

The above points include advice on furnishing issues and information/instruction regarding the safe and ergonomic use of the furniture to the end user of the Client in the broadest sense. This will be done in consultation with the internal customer and in collaboration with the (interior) architect.

The size of the assignment is, based on historical data, for Summa College around €3,000,000 including VAT and for ROC Ter AA about €400,000 including VAT over a period of four years. No rights can be derived from that amount. The final value of the assignment is related to the furniture Summa College and ROC Ter AA want to purchase during the term of the assignment. There is no concrete estimation of this in advance, but this will be a maximum of €4,000,000 including VAT. No rights can be derived from this amount either.
