The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463 of late), covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber and nursery and semination, to be carried out in the area of the Żołędowo Forest District in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the contract includes total quantities of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery and nursery seedings resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ. The tangible ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.5. are estimated. The place of execution of the object of the contract will be the administrative area of the Żołędowo Forest District

- Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

- Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract are determined by Decision No 112 of the Director General of State Forests of 12 October 2021amending Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of application “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in units of State Forests and Decision No 95//2021 of the Regional Director of State Forests in Toruń on the establishment of the standard of technology of performance and reception of regional forestry works of 12 October 2021. of these decisions, a detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work performance technology). Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.
