ATMO for the energy renovation of the police station of Lyon 2 (69) in the global public performance market MPGP. It is cut into a firm slice, and into four optional slices defined as follows:

- firm phase: programming;

- optional section 1: choice of speakers;

- optional phase 2: monitoring of studies;

- optional phase 3: monitoring of works;

- optional phase 4: monitoring of maintenance operations.

The object of the contract is the mission of Technical Assistance to full contracting authority (ATMO) for the energy renovation of the police station of Lyon 2 (69).
