Procurement of a specialist application for the personnel office of the district of Aschaffenburg

The object of the contract to be awarded is the procurement of a specialist application for the personnel office of the district of Aschaffenburg. Around 850 payroll cases are currently regularly managed there. In addition to the provision of the software, the object of the contract is its implementation in IT and business operations of the client (including commissioning), the migration of legacy data stocks and the training of the client's employees affected by the introduction of the specialist application. The operation of the specialist application (hosting) can take place in the customer's computer center. Hosting on the contractor's own servers is also possible. The detailed technical requirements for the specialist application can be found in Part B of the procurement documents (specifications).

Commissioning of the application is scheduled for 01.12.2023.
