Services according to HOAI Part 4 Section 1, §§49 ff. - Structural Engineering; Special services in the context of the planning of civil engineering structures (rain clarifier and separation structure)
Services according to HOAI Part 3 Section 2, §§45 ff. - Object Planning Traffic Facilities, Lph 1 to 3 for the entire expansion area 1, Lph 5 – 9 in step-by-step commissioning in 2 sections

The extension area 1 has an area of approx. 6.5 ha ("scope") and will have an access road with 2 dead ends. The type of structural use includes, among other things, commercial enterprises, warehouses, storage areas and public enterprises, commercial, office and administrative buildings as well as facilities for cultural and sporting purposes.
Engineering structures here are dirt and rainwater sewerage, drainage troughs, rain retention basins, rain clarifiers, separation structures, shafts, culverts, etc.
The cost calculation shows net construction costs for civil engineering structures of approx. 3.35 million euros, a cost estimate for transport facilities shows net construction costs of around 2.16 million euros.
The schedule is planned as follows:
