Tingvoll Municipality, c/o the health and care service, hereby invites interested tenderers to submit tenders for laundry services - washing and hire of linens, washing and hire of work clothes, as well as washing of private textiles for residents at the institution and residents of shared housing with 24-hour care services.

Laundry services including the hire of flat textiles, patient, and work clothes for delivery to the health and care service in Tingvoll Municipality. 

Reserved tender contest for organisations whose primary objective is to integrate disabled persons and/or disadvantaged persons into working life in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-9.

Tingvoll Municipality currently has its own laundry service, but this will be wound down. There is a need for the laundry and hire of institutional textiles and the laundry and hire of work clothes for employees in the service. There is also a need for the laundry of private clothing for residents in our two institutions. 

All work clothes, linen, and various cloths/towels are to be procured by the tenderer and hired out to Tingvoll Municipality for the entire contract period. The hired textiles must be of high quality and have a good fit and comfort. The deliveries must have had crease-free treatment. 

The hired textiles must maintain a very high quality throughout the entire contract period. The tenderer must discard and replace worn and stained textiles with new without extra cost for Tingvoll Municipality. The cost of this must be included in the hire price for each textile.
