Framework contract for the execution of construction maintenance work on electrical equipment based on the unit price agreement (EPA) 110 in urban real estate in the city of Duisburg. The award is for a contract period of 18 months, presumably from 1.12.2019 to 31.5.2021.

The AG reserves the right to a unilateral option of renewal of the contract for a further 18 months, presumably from 1.6.2021 to 30.11.2022.

Framework contract for the execution of construction maintenance work on electrotechnical installations on the basis of the unit price agreement (EPA) 110 in urban real estate in the city of Duisburg for a contractual period of 18 months, presumably from 1.12.2019 to 31.5.2021 (and optionally from 1.6.2021 to 30.11.2022).

The service is awarded in accordance with the bidding and bidding procedures in accordance with § 4 EU (4) VOB / A.

The price basis for the offer calculation of the bidders is a priced list of services (unit price agreement) of the AG. The bidder gives a premium or discount to the unit prices quoted here.
