NMI required a service provider to operate and manage a paid parking solution at the NMI site at Collins Barracks, Benburb St, Dublin 7 with a view to raising revenue for NMI. The car park will be operated and managed in line with the systems, policies and procedures set down by NMI and with a view to facilitating and encouraging public access to the site.
