1. The subject of the contract is the replacement of rectifier units of traction substations.
2. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids divided into 2 tasks, which are indicated in the offer form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a bid for one or two tasks.
3. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract are included in Annexes No. 2A to SWZ (regarding Task No. 1) and 2B to SWZ (regarding Task No. 2).
4. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that each of the Contractors intending to submit a bid in these proceedings carry out an on-site inspection, under pain of rejection of the bid, in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law.
To confirm the above action, the Contractor shall submit a statement contained in point II.7. offer form, the model of which is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ and the offer will be accompanied by a confirmation received from the Ordering Party confirming the completion of the on-site inspection.
Task No. 1: Replacement of rectifier units in the "PIOTRKOWSKA" traction substation1. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract are included in Annex 2A to the SWZ.
2.
