Acquisition of a polarizer for conducting dynamic nuclear polarization by dissolution (D-DNP) experiments
The equipment is a polarizer for conducting dynamic nuclear polarization by dissolution (d-DNP) experiments. The aim is to increase the sensitivity of liquid-phase NMR spectroscopy experiments by using electron-nucleus polarization transfer by microwave irradiation of a sample placed at very low temperature and in a solid state. The equipment should also allow the implementation of cross-polarization experiments to transfer the polarization of the 1h nuclei to the 13c nuclei. Finally, the equipment must allow the sample to be dissolved in a solvent and transferred to an NMR spectrometer for liquid phase analysis
