The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2026 is 47 087.755 MWh.
2. The description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The model contract includes Annex 3 to SWZ, together with Annex 1 (list of electricity collection points covered by the contract) and No 2 (power of attorney).
3. The description of the subject of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardized – it will be implemented identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), all life cycle costs are taken into account – margin, trade balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty. Apart from the above-mentioned costs, the Ordering Party does not provide other costs of electricity supply.
