The contract has already been put out to tender with the open procedure Gz. 0270.ZV-12-21-30. Due to a pending review procedure and the associated ban on awarding contracts, the contract to cover the urgently needed needs will be covered on an interim basis. An immediate appeal has now been lodged against this decision, which means that a further interim award is required to meet the urgently needed needs.

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Upper Bavaria, is responsible for operating the accommodation branch of the anchor Upper Bavaria in Fürstenfeldbruck, von Gravenreuth-Str. 1, 82256 Fürstenfeldbruck. Residents are accommodated and cared for in the branch for a period of usually up to 24 months.

The client commissions the contractor with the catering in the form of a full-fledged food and beverage supply for the asylum seekers accommodated in the dependance. After appropriate individual call-off, packed lunches must also be delivered by the contractor.
