The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply and installation of newly acquired furniture to the Departments of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and to the entities adhering to the Central Procurement System, of the Central Supply Commission, with the specific conditions of execution established in the Technical Specifications.
Senior management furnitureThe furniture that is part of this Lot, must allow to configure a work space with high representative value. Such furniture must be classified or defined as senior management or highly representative furniture in the catalogues of the tendering companies' websites. If it is not defined or classified in this category it will be excluded.
The materials and finishes will be in correspondence to the nature of this class of environments, in which the elements that compose it have to attend to functions of high representativeness. The minimum set of elements that must contain the furniture corresponding to this Lot will consist, at least of: table, one or more extensions of table, bucs, meeting table and cabinets.
Community chairs in textile or meshChairs for communities with various functions (confidant operational post, dining room, waiting, reading, attendance at meetings, for training rooms, among others).

Compact mobilesCompact mobile cabinets must be composed of shelving modules, mounted on mobile trolleys that may be embedded in the ground or installed on a platform, according to the conditions of each space where they are intended. These shelving modules will be mounted on mobile trolleys that move on a certain traction system along rails. These cabinets must be completely removable and traladable in case of need, without suffering any loss of components. Each cabinet equipment must be able to form a completely enclosed block with the initial and final cabinets equipped with front and rear panels and metal sides. Maximum functionality, solidity of the furniture, maximum safety, adaptability, ergonomics and ease of maneuver will be requested through a drive and guiage system that gives them agility and ease of movement.

Wardrobe furnitureThis Lot includes the set of elements that are part of the same series and that can be accompanied by the necessary complements to form the team. Metal cabinets, left-luggage cabinets and benches for changing rooms, among other elements, will be part of this Lot.
Dining furnitureFurniture for the offices and dependencies destined to bar-restaurant of the different administrative buildings or other equivalent spars. Part of this Lot are the tables, high tables and high tamburetes, with the corresponding complements. The chairs intended for dining are incorporated into Lots 10, 11 and 12.
Operating station furnitureFurniture intended to configure a working space at the operational level, with the possibility of privacy in the exercise of its activity. The basic elements that are part of this Lot are tables, meeting tables, bucs, cabinets, longitudinal dividers, screens or transverse dividers.
Furniture accessoriesThis Lot is made up of those items that have different uses in the field of the office, such as adjustable footrests, bins, umbrella stands, hangers, hanging folder carts, standing displays, outdoor ashtrays, regulating arms for the screens and elements to secure mobile devices to the tables or furniture.
CurtainsDifferent types of curtains, roller curtains, horizontal lamellae, vertical lamellae are part of this lot. Preferably they will be for sun protection from the outside. Scan curtains for medical consultations will also be included. In the event that a motor is required to operate the curtains, the corresponding contracting authority shall include the requirements in the specifications governing the new tender, incorporating the maximum tender price in the budget.

Senior management office chairsThis Lot is configured for the senior management office chairs and the corresponding confidant chairs that must be classified or defined as senior management or representation in the catalogs of the bidding companies on their websites. Chairs classified as work or other operating post chairs will not be admitted in this Lot. Exceptionally, in the event that the model of the work chair does not have a confidant chair incorporated, the bidding company will present the one that it considers to be more suitable (aesthetically and functionally) to the senior management chair offered, despite the fact that it is of a different model, provided that it is of the same brand.
Operational post office chairsThe chairs in this Lot must be operational post chairs that comply with all the mandatory technical requirements set out in the specifications.
