The contract consists in the execution of all the works and supplies necessary for the construction of the north-east square extension, completion of the taxiway and new BA and BB connections of Bergamo – Orio al Serio airport

The works covered by the contract are related to the construction of the extension of the apron which has as its main objective the construction of n. 3 parking areas for CODE D aircraft, usable in self-manoeuvring, the move to the east of the current engine test pad, usable by UP TO CODE E aircraft. In addition, always in the apron field, the extension of the TWY Y and TWY W (renamed B in the final configuration) and their connection, which takes the name of TWY L, which therefore also allows the circuiting of the square. In addition to the new infrastructures, the following will be built: plants, arrangements for future plant equipment, horizontal and vertical signs.

Pursuant to art. 83 and 84 of the Code of Public Contracts and in accordance with Annex “A” to the Presidential Decree no. 207/2010, the works are classified as follows:

- Category OS26, prevalent, classification VII, percentage incidence 41.24%;

- Category OG10, classification VI, percentage incidence 17.62%;

- Category OS9, classification VI, percentage incidence 14.98%;

- Category OS1, classification V, percentage incidence 11.90%;

- Category OG6, classification V, percentage incidence 11.68%;

- Category OS18-A, classification III, percentage incidence 2.22%;

- Category OS10, classification I, percentage incidence 0.36%.
