1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management (transport, transfer for recovery or disposal) of solid municipal waste from the owners of the property where residents live, from the area of the Mogilno commune.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter III of the ToR.
The subject of the contract includes:
1) transport, transfer for recovery or neutralization of solid municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, from the area of the Mogilno commune,
2) purchase and delivery of bags for selective waste collection,
3) organization of a selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter PSZOK) of a size enabling it to contain no less than 14 containers for separately collected waste (one for each waste fraction), constituting a place for storage of separately collected municipal waste protected against emission of pollutants to land and protected against weather conditions, located not more than 2 km from the border of the city of Mogilna,
4) equipping PSZOK with containers and keeping PSZOK (collecting and removing waste),
5) marking the directions to PSZOK with at least 4 signs indicating the distance from the location of the sign to PSZOK and 1 sign at the PSZOK's place of operation along with a board informing about the opening days and hours of PSZOK, set in places agreed with the Ordering Party,
6) preparation of the calendar for the provision of services separately for the urban zone and the rural zone and for its distribution to property owners from whom waste will be collected,
7) preparation of the schedule with the dates of collection of individual waste fractions approved by the Employer,
8) providing in an appropriate amount, efficient and aesthetic-looking containers for out-of-date medicines, as well as small-size batteries and accumulators set out in Annexes 9 and 10 to the ToR and for their arrangement in designated pharmacies and public buildings,
9) providing in an appropriate amount, efficient and aesthetic-looking containers for selective waste collection, as specified in Annex 11 to the ToR, and placing them in the places indicated in that Annex,
10) labeling of containers for selective collection of plastics, in a 'grid' type, with labels informing about the need to crush PET bottles (graphic form) and information about the types of waste that can be thrown into the container (text form) placed in a visible place on the container.

31/12/2018 is 24,412, including 11,485 in the city of Mogilno, 12,927 in rural areas.
As at 31.12.2018, the number of inhabitants residing on real estate, on which municipal waste is generated, according to submitted declarations regarding the amount of the fee for municipal waste management, is 20,928, of which:
- 20,391 persons declared selective collection of municipal waste,
- 537 people declared a non-selective collection of municipal waste.
The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
