The subject of this notice is the supply of n. 1 ambulance for internal medical transport and n. 2 vehicles for the transport of organs and blood components to the ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda.

The vehicles must be "factory new" and first registered, in perfect mechanical and body efficiency.

Interested economic operators may express their interest in the supply of one or more of the vehicles requested by the Contracting Authority, specifying it in the application form.

The Administration is responsible for all charges and expenses relating to the possession tax, insurance coverage and all other taxes and duties relating to the vehicles covered by this supply.

On the other hand, the Supplier is responsible for the costs of registration, including regional and/or provincial taxes (registration with the PRA).

As regards the two vehicles for the transport of organs and blood components, they must meet the characteristics set out in the Decree of 9 September 2008 of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport "Regulation of vehicles intended for the transport of plasma and organs" and its Annex.

Cars must have a medium wheelbase (495 cm) and must necessarily be white.

Furthermore, one of the two cars must be equipped with insulation/fridge for transport at a controlled temperature of +2°/+8°.
