1. Keeping public rages clean. 2. Maintain ravages in proper aesthetic and sanitary condition with removal of damage/damage and vandalism

The scope of the order for task 1 includes:

1. Maintaining public crazes, which involves:

(a) maintaining in constant technical efficiency of all equipment ensuring the safe operation of the rampage;

b) maintaining a constant cleanliness and order in the rages, corresponding to sanitary requirements;

(c) maintaining the constant cleanliness of sanitary equipment and utensils;

d) replenishment of toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towels and cartridges with batteries for electronic air fresheners;

(e) the provision of cleaning products and sanitary and hygienic products;

(f) disinfection with viricidal and bactericidal agents of sanitary equipment and utensils and surfaces in possible contact with the customer;

g) maintaining constant patency of sewerage and cleanliness of sewage grilles inside the facility;

h) in the winter season at expected average temperatures below -5° C to protect the water system against freezing;

(i) the maintenance and maintenance of all equipment of the internal installation in constant efficiency;

j) replenishing information boards on an ongoing basis about opening and closing hours of individual rages and charges for the use of rages;

(k) keeping the land immediately adjacent to the rampage in constant cleanliness throughout the year;

l) Removing on an ongoing basis from the gutters and from the roof of leaves and other debris;

(m) the current export of rubbish related to the operation and maintenance of cleanliness in the rampage and in its immediate surroundings;

n) making available to customers with madness during the days and hours indicated by the Ordering Party;

o) reading (together with the execution of photo documentation) the state of water consumption meters;

p) charging fees for the use of rages in the amount specified by the Ordering Party and their settlement.

2. Repair works and emergency works (removal of damage and damage after acts of vandalism) including:

a) repair of internal and external plasters;

b) painting walls and ceilings inside the raging;

c) painting of the facade;

d) replenishment or rescheduling of new ceramic cladding of walls and floors;

(e) repair or replacement of the roof covering and drainage system;

(f) repair or replacement of door and window joinery;

(g) repair or replacement of the sanitary installation;

h) other minor repairs such as: carpentry adjustment, sanitary equipment stabilization;

i) repair or replacement of raging equipment;

j) removing graffiti from the facade surface.
