The object of the service is a mobility service that ensures unrestricted mobility for vehicle users in the event of breakdowns, breakdowns on the road and accidents of all vehicles with road approval, such as KRAD, passenger cars, vans, vans, trailers, trucks, KOM within Germany, in other European countries and, if possible, also outside Europe.

In doing so, the vehicle user contacts a central office of the contractor, which initiates all further steps with the aim of enabling the vehicle user to continue his journey quickly.

As a contingent item, it can also be optionally offered to be able to invoice maintenance services both in other European countries and outside Europe by the contractor.

In principle, all countries in which NATO/Bundeswehr is currently or in the future due to various missions, exercises and business trips are eligible.

The contractor is able to provide nationwide support in the event of breakdowns on the road in the event of breakdowns on the road, including punctures, accident assistance and "on-site repairs" on the listed vehicle groups. The Contractor shall provide this support through a service network and an organisation that receives breakdown and damage reports 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year by telephone and electronically, processes them and forwards each case separately as a PDF document by e-mail to the Client on a daily basis.

The contractor shall provide the following services:

- Provision of a service hotline for telephone and electronic breakdown and damage reports

- Organisation and processing of the received reports

- Organisation of towing operations by axle, loading by crane and sliding platform and lifting by glasses, organisation of transport to the workshops specified by the client, possibly also organisation of securing the vehicles. In the case of securing, the generally applicable regulatory measures to avoid consequential damage must be complied with (e.g. disconnecting the battery)

- Organization of the rescue, also with the help of several recovery vehicles and cranes as well as security vehicles / barrier vehicles depending on the incident including the subsequent cleaning of the accident / breakdown site

- Organization of roadside assistance on site, such as small repairs, tire changes or repairs as well as all activities that allow a continuation of the journey (necessary spare parts will be invoiced to the customer at market prices)

- Organization of onward travel or accommodation of persons and cargoes
