An instrument shall be procured with a guarantee and an option for maintenance. The procurement shall contribute to covering the Norwegian Institute of Public Health's need to analyse THC-COOH (THC-acid, metabolite of THC, the main substance in cannabis) in hair. This is a new competition after the previous competition was cancelled. Attention is drawn to the fact that a new complete tender must be submitted and reference cannot be made to a previous tender.
