The Emancipation Directorate of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science is responsible for the

coordinating the government-wide emancipation policy. The commitment to emancipation policy follows two tracks: women's emancipation and the emancipation of LGBTIQ+ people. To map the developments in the field of emancipation, DE commissions various (monitoring) studies.

The aim of the assignment is to improve the living situation of LGBTIQ+ people in the Netherlands (their own

social position in various fields) and the social views of

map LGBTIQ+ people/topics, as well as their development over time (trend measurement). For this purpose, the monitor is carried out on many aspects in line with previous editions and will be further developed in other aspects.

The tender aims to select one market party that will deliver a monitoring study of the LGBTIQ+ community including reporting in the years 2024, 2026 and 2028 in accordance with the terms of reference in the corresponding tender documents.
