The competition is for the delivery of an electronic patient journal system (EPJ) This means a complete system for the nursing and care sector in the municipalities and it shall ensure that daily operations are carried out as optimally as possible. The invitation to tender does not include EPJ to the medical emergency service and the Corona testing and vaccination centre.

There will be a strong focus on efficient work processes and quality of the services in the municipalities and a new EPJ system must support this. The system will therefore have close integration between the administrative systems and not least the professional systems in the municipality, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement.
