Scope of procurement

The contract concerns sludge suction / purification, TV inspection, wells, sludge suction of gutter wells, etc. within Futurum Fastigheter's property portfolio, within the boundaries of Örebro municipality.

Örebro Municipality has 150,000 inhabitants and is Sweden's sixth largest municipality in terms of population. Örebro township dominates with about 120,000 inhabitants. Other towns in the municipality with more than 1,000 inhabitants are Garphyttan, Hovsta, Järle, Ervalla, Ölmbrotorp, Marieberg, Odensbacken, Vintrosa, Glanshammar, Latorp, Närkes Kil, St Mellösa, Brevens Bruk, Kilsmo, Hampetorp and Ekeby Almby. Newly added mission areas in the outer parts of the municipality include: Sjöboviken, Grythem, Västeråsen and Väringen.

During 2018, services were purchased for about: SEK 4,000,000 in the area. The stated volume is only an estimate, no volumes are guaranteed during the contract period.

Term

The agreement applies from 3.2.2020 - 31.1.2025 with the possibility of extension up to 1 x 24 months.

Upon utilization of this extension, Futurum Fastigheter AB, announces the current extension period well in advance of the expiry of the current agreement.
