The assignment includes:
- the delivery of iPads, Chromebooks, desktops and laptops,
- charging cabinets for Chromebooks,
- keyboards,
- mice,
- monitoring,
- accessories,
- service and warranty,
- maintenance,
- delivery of iPads in DEP,
- trade-in of used iPads,
- advice.
Outside the assignment:
- the turnkey delivery of the IT hardware.
It is expected that 2 'larger' order moments will take place per year. This is usually prior to the new school year and in January.
It is a framework agreement for the duration of 4 years. Based on the estimate based on orders from the past, we try to give you the best possible picture of the expected purchase. Incidental and unexpected deliveries are not included in the expected purchase. You cannot derive any rights from the aforementioned expected decrease / numbers.
The expectation is that all ICT hardware within OPOD will be replaced in the coming 4 years. A peak in the number of orders is expected in 2020, as the depreciation periods will be reached this year. For the expected purchase per product / device, please refer to Appendix D.
The expected decrease based on past orders is EUR 200 000 per year, ie EUR 800 000 for the duration of the framework agreement. OPOD Foundation explicitly reserves the right to purchase more within the framework agreement concluded than is currently stated in the expected purchase. The maximum amount that OPOD may purchase within this agreement is higher than the expected purchase; namely a deviation of 25%, a maximum of EUR 1 000 000. Once this decrease has been achieved, the agreement will no longer have any effect.
