The purpose of this notice is the supply and installation of a new turbogenerator unit to replace the existing machine at the LA SOURCE plant (25) and its ancillary equipment.

The purpose of this notice is to supply and install a new turbogenerator unit to replace the existing machine at the LA SOURCE plant and its ancillary equipment, including:

•Supplies

o A Kaplan turbine group double adjustment:

- Gross drop: 16.26 mCE

- Net drop to Pmax: about 15 mCE

- Nominal flow: 4 m3/s

- Indicative rated power: 630 kW

o Two 90° bends with a small radius of curvature allowing the installation of the unit in the existing plant, equipped with fins or water guide thus limiting hydraulic disturbances at the turbine inlet.

o A cuff and/or flange for connection to the stitching of the gluer of the preserved factory

o A synchronous alternator:

- Rotational speed: 600 rpm

- Apparent power 750 kVA – 400V or 690V at 50 Hz

o A foot valve

- DN1500 approx.

- Butterfly with counterweight

o An oleo-hydraulic unit (HPU)

•Benefits

o General studies;

o Studies of execution and dimensioning of materials;

o CFD studies of the flow in the elbows at 90 ° equipped with fins or water guides in order to avoid any risk of disturbances or vibrations at the turbine inlet;

o Studies of GC adaptations related to the establishment of the group and provision of guide plans;

o On-site assembly (including pre-sealed) and commissioning of the equipment provided on the Source's site;

o Training of EDF staff.

This list is not exhaustive. The total scope will be described in specifications that will be attached to the consultation file, sent only to the candidates preselected at the end of this call for applications.

Excluding Holder service:

• The demolition of the existing civil engineering, and reconstruction of the new civil engineering (according to guide plans to be provided by the holder of the turbogenerator unit lot)

• Electrical and control command work of the new unit, apart from the installation of sensors to be supplied by the holder of the turbogenerator unit package.
