The contract shall be concluded at mixed prices. It includes: - a flat-rate part for which the services are subject to fixed prices indicated by the holder in detail of the fixed overall price (Dpgf) annexed to the deed of commitment. - A purchase order party for which the quantities of the services of the contract are according to the needs of the administration. These services are subject to unit prices, indicated by the holder in the unit price schedule (Bpu), annexed to the deed of commitment. The amount of the lump sum is the price indicated by the holder in the Breakdown of the Fixed Global Price (Dpgf). The purchase order party is without minimum amount and has a maximum annual amount of 250 000 euro (s) HT (300 000 euro (s) (T.T.C.)) or 1 000 euro (s) HT (1200 000 euro (s) (T.T.C.)) over 4 years (the maximum amount excludes the amount of copy rights)

Briefly, the services to be performed are as follows.1) Concerning the fixed services:-Monitoring of the press and daily realization of press panoramas in digital format delivered on a web platform;- provision of an article management platform.2) Concerning additional services subject to the issuance of purchase orders:- production of daily thematic press panoramas, products on weekdays (working days); - production of daily thematic press panoramas, products every day including weekends and public holidays
