General Radio Oy (hereinafter referred to as Yle) establishes a dynamic procurement system to acquire strategy and business consulting services. Yle accepts all applicants who submitted an application for participation in the scheme that meet the suitability requirements set out for the tenders.

Acquisitions are made within the dynamic procurement system through separate tenders. The duration of the dynamic procurement system is 48 months.

At the stage of the establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme, at least 30 days are reserved for the submission of the application for participation from the date on which the procurement notice has been sent for publication. During the establishment phase, no intra-dynamic procurement system competitiveness can be made. The first acquisitions are planned to take place in early 2022.

- operating environment and market analyses

- stakeholder analyses

- foresight and future work

- strategy and vision work

- planning and supporting the implementation of the strategy

- setting goals and measuring success

- organizational and structural changes, various operational arrangements, significant changes in operation, enhancement and savings projects

- small-scale M&A (excl. legal advice)

- development of processes and services

- project portfolio management

- management systems and their development

- journalism, journalistic work and work processes

- production of content and related work processes

- other business development.

Yle has a need for service in both Finnish and Swedish. We also look forward to mastering the English language.

This acquisition does not include other professional services available to companies, such as:

- extensive, quantitative studies

- IT professional services, technology consultancy and design of digital services

- advocacy services

- audit services

- training of staff and the development of skills and working communities other than in relation to the areas defined in the object of the acquisition

- occupational welfare services

- communication consultancy

- advertising and marketing.
