The board wishes to contract with a trustee for the trustee to establish and operate an investment association associated with two asset managers.

The funds, as requested administered, amount to approximately DKK 3.2 billion. The asset managers manage a portfolio of about DKK 1.6 billion each.

This tender is a re-offer of contract for administration of the Board's investment association. The prior tender was cancelled by publication of the notice in the Official Journal, as set out in tender order No 2022/S 011-024578.

The board wants to contract the establishment and administration of an investment association with a trustee. Administrator must establish and operate an investment association with up to two asset management departments. The agreement covers administrative tasks related to the establishment and operation of the investment association, including ongoing registration of trades, control and compliance, and de-reporting to the Board of Directors. A detailed description of the tasks is set out in Annex 1 of the tendering material.

It should be noted that the incoming Administrator must not belong to the same financial group as the current asset managers Sydbank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. It is believed that Administrator must be independent of current asset managers, including managerial, operating, financial and in respect of ownership, including ultimate ownership.
