new building:
Standard-compliant single-span hall including side rooms in accordance with DIN 18032 and the room program recommendation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. Connect to the existing hall using a connector.
Energetic standard new building: Increased insulation standard in accordance with KIS specifications, based on KfW Efficiency House 55 (or better).
