The subject of the contract is: delivery with assembly, installation of medical equipment and devices along with training to the extent necessary to start using the equipment, including, among others: a) three multifunctional cosmetological harvesters, b) a posturographic platform for examination and rehabilitation of people in conditions of everyday activity, c) apparatus for electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy and for diagnostics of neuromuscular excitability, d) Doppler laser flow meter, e) impedance electrocardiograph, f) multifunctional hydrotherapy bath, g) postural analysis system. The detailed scope of delivery is indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract for a given part. The Contractor is obliged to conduct training for AWF employees on the functioning and operation of a given device to the extent necessary to properly start using the device – if such a requirement is indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. The training must take place before the equipment is put into service. The scope of the training must cover all activities enabling the apparatus in question to be put into service, commissioning and testing. The costs associated with such training must be included in the price of the offer
