Subject of these services: door to door collection of household and equivalent waste — lot 1: residual waste — lot 2: GFT waste — service year 2022 to 2024
Note: subject of these services: door to door collection of household and equivalent waste, including its transport to an approved processing facility.
Definition of the waste to be retrieved: This is always household waste, which are wastes generated by the normal operation of a family and the wastes that are equated by the decision of the Flemish Government.
Any future changes to the Decree and/or Implementing Decree, modifying or supplementing the definition of these wastes, will apply equally to the contract as soon as it enters into force.
The collection of industrial waste (waste arising from industrial, [...] (see assignment documents).
Lot 1: waste waste (2022-2023-2024)— Selective door-to-door collection by means of an electronic registration system of REST waste and GFT waste in garbage bins in all streets of the municipality of Wommelgem,
— Frequency: 14-day, in accordance with the provisions set out in the technical provisions, the transport of this waste fraction to an approved processing facility designated by the Board,
— The plots can be tacitly extended once.
In any event, after the last renewal, no new order will be able to be made in fulfilment of this contract. If the contract is not renewed, the service provider will not be able to claim compensation for this.
