The invitation to tenders applies to the hire of Line for Konfliktrådet's [the National Mediation Service] defined locations.

The annual estimated value of the contract is between NOK 720,000 and NOK 800,000, excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement.
