The "Old Town Hall" in Rheinberg is to be rebuilt according to a usage concept newly developed by the City of Rheinberg. After dismantling and gutting work in various areas of the building, the building envelope will be renovated.

Scaffolding of the building including the corner tower (h ~ 30 m) is required to carry out the facade and roof renovation. The total duration of the renovation of the building envelope is estimated at 6 months (24 weeks).

As part of the roof renovation, in addition to upgrading the roof structure, the complete dismantling of the slate roofing including the formwork level is planned. A new covering takes place in slate in the old German type of covering.
