The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners from the Skała commune, and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK). The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in such a way as to achieve adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners from the community of Skała, and the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK).

The collection and handling of municipal waste should be carried out in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with:

provisions of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended),

the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) and its implementing regulations,

provisions of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" (Annex to the resolution No. XXXIV/509/17 of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region of March 27, 2017) (Annexes A1 and A2 to the SWZ),

provisions of Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" (Journal of Laws of the Malopolska Region).
