The vzw VKSO MWW wishes to appoint a caterer for three secondary schools in the center of Menen for the school years 2018-19 (from the second quarter) / 2019-2020 / 2020-2021 / 2021-2022 (Sint-Aloysiuscollege Grote Markt 13 / VTI Sint-Lucas Oude Leielaan 15 / Sint-Jorisschool Fabiolalaan 2)

The schools choose to use a reservation system and expect the tenderer to make a daily fresh offer every afternoon of: a hot dish, soup, an alternative hot dish, a cold dish, salad bar and assorted sandwiches, dessert. The caterer must also be able to respond to the demand for meals adapted to allergens and vegetarian meals.

The schools have limited basic equipment (fryer, steam oven, bain-marie, cooling counter, salad bar, work tables, etc.) that can be used by the tenderer.
