1. The subject of the contract is a supply consisting of the sale of electricity for the Pool transformer station (task No. 1) and for NSB Transformation Station 3 (task No. 2) located in the complex at ul. Szubińska 105 in Bydgoszcz, POLAND, to the extent and on the principles set out in detail in the ToR and in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
